Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Posynt ("Posynt", "we", "us"), a service that monitors public hashtags on X (Twitter) and delivers matching posts via API, webhook, Discord and Telegram. By subscribing to or using Posynt, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Posynt watches the hashtags you configure and forwards newly detected public posts to your chosen delivery channels. Detection latency, frequency and volume limits depend on your plan. We do not guarantee that every matching post will be detected or delivered.

2. Accounts and API keys

When you subscribe, we issue you a personal API key. You are responsible for keeping it secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may regenerate your key at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Posynt for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.
• Do not attempt to exceed, circumvent or overload your plan limits.
• Comply with X's terms and any applicable laws when using the data you receive.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Posynt is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or Stripe portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; access then stops. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party data

Posynt relays publicly available content from X and delivers it to services you connect (e.g. Discord, Telegram, your own endpoints). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Discord, or Telegram, and we are not responsible for their availability or their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that all matching posts will be captured.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posynt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
